Customer Statements
Create a Historical or Current Statement for a specific Customer by selecting the Customer Statement button. The options available will vary by location.
Select the Type of statement to generate, Current or Historical. Select Current for customer activity for the current month or Historical for a previous month.
If Historical has been selected, use the drop down menu to select a previous Financial Period.
All options are available when creating a Current statement. Look for (H) for the options available for a Historical statement.

Indicate if a Purchase Summary should be included using the drop down menu. Select
- None
- MTD Only
- YTD Only
- MTD & YTD
Future Obligation View will include future due invoices in
- Summary
- Exploded
- Exploded for First Month
Use Select Folder to choose the folder the Statement will be saved.
Statement Banners defaults to the banner for monthly statements. If needed, click into the fields and use up to 70 alpha-numeric characters in each field to create a customer specific banner.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
